Chapter 72

“HIS BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF ART”

CHAPTER : 72 .

RORISANG . 

I stop on my tracks , bengiyaphi moyoncwele ..

“are they intestifying ?” she asks and I nod . 

“lets go back home and call the doctor .” she holds my hand and we walk back home . I'm crying right now . We reach home and I balance myself with the couch feeling the contractions intestify . I'm in so much pain ..  Lwandile glances at us and stands up . 

“what's wrong ?” he asks glancing at me . 

“her contractions are intestifying . Can you call the doctor ?” he nods taking out his phone and calling the doctor , he walks away talking on the phone . I sigh heavily ..

“I'm dying ..” I say . 

“relax and allow yourself to feel the pressure only then you can control your body .” she says , I don't hear a shit she's saying right now . I'm dying here , it feels like the first time I went in labour and the second time . Lwandile comes back again and sighs .

“the doctor says we need to monitor the contractions and make sure to get you relaxed and ready for when you go to the hospital .” he says . 

“so she can't go to the hospital now ?” he shakes his head . 

“we can go if we want to but the doctor doesn't recommend us to go . They're only gonna get worse meaning we're actually gonna wait there at the hospital so its actually better to be at home where you feel safer .” I nod lightly . My kids walk in , is it after school already ? Time flew . 

“good afternoon rents ..” Kagoentle says . 

“and you auntie , hello .” Ontshiametse says .

“mommy are you okay ?” Kago asks . 

“uhm .. guys why don't you go to your rooms and take off your uniforms then we go do our homeworks ?” Kgothatso says . 

“okay ..” they all walk upstairs . 

“I'll keep them company , you guys go upstairs .” Lwandile holds my hand and we walk upstairs . I wipe off my tears as we get in . 

“I'm going to run a bubble bath for you so you could relax , sit here .” he says and I nod lightly . He heaves a sigh and plants a kiss on my lips . 

“its gonna be okay , I'm here .” he says and I nod . 

“i know ..” he kisses my forehead and walks to the bathroom . I lay down on the bed , my energy is just lowering itself at this point . I have no energy left .. I just want to sleep . After a while , i feel him picking me up and walking off .. 

“baby , are you awake ?” I open my eyes and nod a bit . He places me down undressing me and placing me in the bathtub . He undresses as well and gets in ..

“are you still in pain ?” I nod ..

“the warm water is helping though ..” I say and he nods . He brushes my hand .. 

“you're a very strong woman .” he says and I smile a bit . 

“am i ?” I say . 

“you have no idea ..” he says taking the soft scrubber and scrubbing me . 

“names ..” he says . 

“Ontiretse ..” I say .. he smiles a bit and nods . 

“i love it ..” 

“you can add a second name ..” I say and he sighs . 

“she's a beautiful light , she's bringing a much more brighter light in our lives .” he says . 

“she really is ..” 

“Sbanesihle ..” I smile , I might not be a fan of Zulu names but .. this is one of the most beautiful names . 

“i love it ..” I say and he smiles . 

“i love you ..” 

“i love you more ..” I say resting my head on my hand starting to fall asleep . 

“baby , don't fall asleep . I'm almost done ..” he says , his voice feels like it's from a distance . 

“babe ..” I half open my eyes . 

“please be quick , i really wanna sleep .” I say .

“you're gonna eat ..” I shake my head . 

“I'm not hungry , i want to sleep .” he sighs lightly . 

“okay ” he continues bathing me till he eventually finishes , he gets out first and wraps a towel around his waist then pulls me up . He kisses my belly before helping me put on the white gown . 

“come ..” he says holding my hand as I step out of the bathtub . We walk to the bedroom .. 

“what are you wearing ?” I shrug ..

“i don't know ..” I say . 

“your black short dress ?” I chuckle lightly and nod .

“okay , wait here . I'll go get it ...” 

“and my warm sleepers as well .” I say .

“i packed them in your overnight bag , wear these with my socks .” I nod and sit on the bed .. he comes back after a while with the dress and my toiletries .. he places them on the bed and pulls me up .. I'm apparently paralyzed hence I need to be babied "🥹" .

He takes off my gown and applies lotion on my body , afterwards . He puts on my panties and the dress .. 

“want me to brush your hair ?” 

“tie it instead , its gonna bother me .” he nods as I stand infront of the mirror , he combs my hair and ties it in a lower bun . 

“thank you ..” he nods and kisses my neck . 

“anything for you ..” he opens the bed covers for me and I jump in .

“I'm gonna make you a smoothie , please don't fall asleep .” I nod , I am gonna fall asleep either way . He walks out and I lay my head on the pillow dozing off .

I jump up feeling all kinds of pains traveling down to my belly all the way to my abdomen area , the fuck ?? I glance at Lwandile who's passed out before me , he actually made the smoothie . I cringe at the pain .. I always forget what I'm gonna go through .. I press my hand against his unintentionally as he immediately wakes up . 

“what's wrong ?” he says .

“I'm in pain ..” he jumps off the bed putting on his sneakers . 

“we're going to the hospital .” he says grabbing my overnight bag . 

“no but ..” he gives me a look and I immediately shut up . He pulls me out of bed and puts on my sleepers . I sigh holding his hand as we walk out .. we head to the nursery and he grabs the baby bag .. 

“Lwandile wait ..” I say holding onto his arm feeling another contraction . There's literally 30 seconds before the next one hits . I keep on dying a thousand times . 

“can we go ?” he says and I nod , we walk downstairs and Kgothatso along with Thando glance at us . 

“are you going ?” Lwandile nods grabbing the car keys . 

“okay , Thando look after them .. we'll see you in a while .” she says jumping up as we walk out . Lwandile throws the key at her and she catches . 

“you drive ..” he says opening the back passenger door for me , I jump in and he does as well .. I should be screaming and doing shit right now but .. I'm not about to go crazy .
