I sigh and nod , he side hugs me and gives me a kiss on my forehead .

I walk past her and head outside , luckily the uber was already here so I just jumped in and it drove off . I'm heading to Londiwe's house to see my son first then I'll go back home , after awhile .. the uber drops me off at her boyfriend's house and I walk inside .

“knock knock ..” I say entering , I'm met by my cute son's face as he smiles widely .
“baba !” he jumps up and down then runs towards me . I pick him up ..
“hey boy ..” I say kissing him all over .
“you came ..” he says in his little adorable voice .
“yes i did , why would i disappoint my little champ ?”
“you wouldn't !” he says in excitement .
“where's your mother ?”
“she's sleeping , she was crying when Mpho was beating her up . ” I sigh , guessed right .. Mpho is her boyfriend .
“wait for me here .. I'll be back okay ?”
“okay !” I put him down and walk to the bedroom , I find the bed bloody , she's laying there . I don't even know what Londiwe is still doing with this low life . She's not only placing her own life in danger but she's also placing my son's life in danger . I did warn her .

I shake her a bit , she's mumbling something . Imagine what the trauma my son is going through in this house .

“LONDIWE !” I say shouting as she jumps up .
“Lwandile ?” I pull her arm , her face is all bruised and swollen .
“what did i say ?” she looks at the bed then at me .
“where's Mpumelelo ? Where is he ?”
“you don't have the right to ask where Lelo is right now , i warned you about staying here with that phycho of yours Londiwe ! I warned you ! You're traumatizing my child !”
“where do you want me to go ? I have no where else to go .”
“my mother begged you multiple times to come and live with us but no ! You don't listen .. you know what .. i came here to give you the money for Lelo's stuff but now .. i think i should take him from here . You're ruining his life before it even starts ! How do you think he feels seeing you like this ? ” she swallows hard .
“you can take him ..” I sigh .
“you're gonna die here , lets go .”
“no .. no i can't go with you .”
“i said , lets go .. so you want my son to grow up without a mother ?” what am I even saying ?
“no ..”
“Londiwe , lets go .. we'll figure everything out on the way .”
“let me change .”
“I'm in the kitchen ..”

I say walking out and going to the kitchen , I find Lelo on the floor playing .

“champ ..” he stands up and glances at me .
“yes baba ?”
“do you want to live with me ?” he nods multiple times and I nod .
“i do want to live with you , Mpho doesn't treat me very nicely ”
“you're going to live me right now , I'm gonna buy you everything you need okay ?” he nods .
“are we leaving with Mom ?” I nod lightly , I really have to tell Rorisang before things get out of hand .
“okay !”
“don't take any clothes , I'll buy clothes for you .”
“okay ..”

I would say what's happening to Londiwe right now is karma because she cheated om me with this guy . I don't want to feel sorry for her but I do . She's the mother of my son , no matter how many times she betrayed me . I have to help her or else she's gonna lose her life .

“we can go ..”

She says standing there and I nod .

“do you want me to call an uber for you ?” because my mom's house is on the other side . she chuckles lightly .
“since when do you catch ubers ?”
“I'm not familiar wiht taxis anymore .” I say .
“i heard you work now and that .. (clears throat) you have a girlfriend .”
“I'm not 17 , I have a woman .” she nods .
“I'm happy for you .” I nod lightly and request for the uber .
“24 minutes ..” she nods and sits down .
“looking sharp , work is making you glow .”
“you're not supposed to look at me that way , only Rori can .”
“Thando tells me Rori is a colored girlie .”
“you can't talk about Rori when she's not here or I'm not here , i know you two are gossipers .” she shakes her head .
