“HIS BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF ART”

CHAPTER : 46 . 

RORISANG . 

being in his arms is therapeutic . We've been in bed for hours and I don't want to move away , I just want to be with him right now . 

“are we allowed to enter ?” Kagoentle says knocking at the door .

“come ..” Lwandile says , they walk in and jump on the bed . 

“how are you guys ?” Ontshiametse says , how am I ? 

“I'm numb ..” I say . 

“i don't know how i feel as of now but .. I'm feeling alot better .” he says . 

“because you are in each other's spaces , you're comfortable around each other . You both were a mess the past few weeks .” Kago says . 

“hmm ..” I say . 

“we love seeing the both of you together , broken up or not , we love seeing our parents together .” She says . 

“should we dish up for you guys ? Food is ready .” I shake my head . 

“not right now , I'll eat later .. I'm just craving for some boiled corn and chocolate .” they glance at me weirdly . 

“that's a weird combination .” Lwandile says . 

“do we have corn here ? I don't think we do . Can we go to the grocery store fast ?” I say getting up and putting on my sleepers . 

“wait mom are you actually serious ?” Ontshiametse says . 

“I'm not joking , please Lwandile lets go .” he sighs and stands up . 

“you guys wait for us , we'll be right back . I can't control my cravings now .” I say , Lwandile and I walk out heading downstairs . We walk out of the house and he unlocks his car .. we jump in and he drives off .

We arrive at mall and head to Woolworths , I grab a basket .

“corn , we're looking for corn .” I say walking ahead of him . I know he probably thinks I'm crazy but I want to have like 10 corns right now . 

“there it is ..” he says and we turn back . I stop on my tracks , really now ? She's smiling at me .

“Rorisang right ?” I nod 

“I'll go and get the corn ..” he says walking away away me , this Kgothatso woman seems to be happy whenever she sees me . Even now she's smiling at me .

“how are you ?” she says placing her basket down and taking my hand . Lord .. 

“I'm fine ..” 

“when are you available for coffee or lunch ? We have alot to talk about .” I frown lightly . I have nothing to say to her mos so what does she mean ?

“uhm ..”  

“the ancestors have drawn me to you for a reason . I'm not gonna hurt you , I'm a traditional healer , not a witch .” she says .

“I'm a Christian .” me being a Christian doesn't mean that I don't believe in ancestors . I do believe in them but I just don't like the rituals and the readings .

“i know you are .” three adorable boys come running towards her . 

“mama !”

“guys wait , mommy is still busy please go to your dad or something .” she says as they run back . 

“are they triplets ?” she nods and smiles . 

“they are ..” I nod .

“okay ..”

“so ... are you up for coffee ?” I sigh and nod lightly . 

“let me see where this leads to . I hope you won't tell me that my mother is sitting next to me wara wara .” she laughs and shakes her head . 

“i can't promise you anything but i don't think she would .” I nod , she hands me her phone . 

“your phone number pretty lady ..” i punch in my phone numbers and hand her the phone . 

“there you go .”

“thank you , i promise you won't regret it . Something good might come out of this , i did say you're a strong woman right ?” I nod . 

“you did say that .” 

“bye and enjoy the rest of your day .” she says giving me a hug .

“bye ..” she walks off , goshh she gives me the creeps. I walk to where Lwandile was .. 

He glances at me , I can tell he's confused . 

“now what was that ?” I shrug . 

“i don't know , its the second time I'm meeting her . There's just something about her .” I say .

“is she a sangoma ? she has so many beads and the tattoo ? gives me the creeps .” he says and I chuckle .

“I'm going out for coffee with her tomorrow morning.” I say , he's staring at me as if I'm crazy . 

“you're going out for coffee with her ?” I nod . 

“yep .”

“aren't you afraid ?” I shake my head . 

“I'm not afraid , I'm just not used to seeing people like her but she's pretty .” I say . 

“hmm , here's your corn . Let's go ..” I frown . 

“what is it now Rori ?” he says . 

“take the avocado as well , I'm hungry Lwandile hai .” I say folding my arms . 

“you're acting so weird .” he says . 

“lets just go , I'll take the chocolate and the chips over there . Before the line gets long , lets go ..” I say . 

“okay ..” he takes the basket from me and we walk off . 

She can't even stay off my mind , I really hope this has nothing to do with my mother and family . 

“is that her husband ?” he says pointing over to the man who's standing with Kgothatso . 

“i think so , they look so good together though .” I say.

“people are gone .” he says and I hit his arm playfully .

“you're not funny .” I say . 

“don't you want to be gone as well ?” I shake my head . 

“I'm fine , i got dildos to give me that good feeling .” he frowns and I laugh
