CHAPTER : 07 .

RORISANG MARTINS .

I'm glancing infront of the mirror , do I look okay though ? I mean is this skirt beautiful ? I've changed like 100 times this morning and I can't seem to find the right outfit . But this white corset off shoulder crop top and this white tennis skirt look good on me . I put on my white socks that are giving aesthetic and also put on my black loafers .

“he's gonna be "wow" , he's gonna have his eyes like ..” She says widening her eyes as I sigh .
“its so early in the morning Ontshiametse , why are you doing this to me ?” I say heaving a sigh .
“you look like a 14 year old who is having her first boyfriend” she says as I cringe .
“sana , its not even like that . I just want to look nice today .”
“you want to look nice for Buti Lwandile ?” I close my eyes , I'm gonna cry , she's torturing me !
“so you want to say , i don't ever look nice ?”
“you always look nice but today you look even more gorgeous” she says .
“i just want to look fresh and nice for today .”

I say zipping my skirt and spraying perfume all over myself .

“mom , do you love him ?” there it goes again .
“Ontshiametse ..”
“it would be nice to have a male figure that's older than Kago in this house . ”
“i don't love Lwandile , relax .”
“i haven't seen you fall inlove ever or have a boyfriend ever since dad .. (clears throat) ever since he left .”
“i don't need a man to be happy , i have you guys , i get all the happiness i can ever think of .”

She nods ..

“he looks like a good man though .” she says storming off as I heave another sigh . What do they want from me ? They actually don't understand how stressed out I am . I walk downstairs with my handbag .

“aren't you eating breakfast ?” Kago asks .
“you made breakfast ?” I say raising my eyebrow .
“ avocado , bacon and garlic bread ” he says showing me the plate , he really didn't do much but I appreciate the effort .
“adding a fresh mango and banana smoothie .” I smile , that's my favourite smoothie .
“hmm , thank you my baby boy .. thank you so much . Please make it a lunchbox because I'm actually late”

He nods and walks back to the kitchen , my phone rings .. it's him , oh God ..

“Lwandile ..” I say with my heart raising .
“good morning , are you kind of late ?”
“i think i am , I'm just 24 minutes late . Are you already at the office ?”
“yes , i just arrived . Please forgive me , the uber actually struggled finding my address .”
“that's okay , give me a few more minutes , I'll be there .”
“okay , thank you bye ..”
“bye ..” I say softly .

Kagoentle comes out of the kitchen with my lunchbox and smoothie .

“there you go ..” He says .
“thank you boy boy , I'll see you guys .. kana you're playing today neh ?”
“yep , I'm playing.”
“I'll be there , cheering you on .” i say messing up his hair .
“I'd appreciate the support . ”
“okay love you bye and kiss your sister goodbye for me .”

I say rushing out and heading to the parking lot . I unlock it and jump in , I start the engine and drive off .

I reach the office and walk inside , i find him sitting by the reception . Why didn't anyone take him to his office though ? aii these people . He looks good though , fresh from the oven sana .

“morning Jane ” I say .
“ohh! Good morning gorgeous ! You look so good ! ” she says smiling and scanning my outfit .
“thank you ..”

I walk towards Lwandile with my heart beating fast , lord , Is this your creation ? goshh .

“hey” he lifts up his head and my clit vibrates.
“hello ” he stands up as his cologne hits my nostrils .
“I'm sorry they didn't show you where you'd be working .” I say smiling a bit .
“that's no problem ..” His eyes trace my outfit as he slowly licks his lips and glances back at me .
“shall we go ?”
“sure ..”

He follows me as we walk to his brand new office , I open the door and we walk in .

“welcome to your new space .” he scans the entire office smiling and nodding his head .

“i like it”
“there's everything i think you're gonna need . From the AC and personal fridge .” I say .
“I'm just glad that i have a job honestly .”

I nod lightly and smile .

“so I'm gonna give you today to just look at the company's files and then .. tomorrow we're both gonna spend the entire day sorting them out .” i say and he nods .
“fine by me ..”
“well .. i think that's all for now , enjoy your time alone in your new office .” I say and he flashes that beautiful smile of his .
“thank you once again , i can't even tell you how happy my mother and my younger sister are .” i smile.
“you deserve it ..”
“(sighs) thank you .”
“let me leave you now , i have work to do .”
“okay ..”

I walk out , I can feel his eyes on me but I don't turn back , I'm gonna faint here ..

“boss ..” Jane says tightly holding the documents and walking towards me with a smirk on her face .

“what is it ?”
“what's going on ?”
“what's going on with what Jane ?”
“you and Mr Hlongwane ..” I sigh ..
“nothing is going on , what do you mean ?”
“the way you both just look at each other is .. weird ”
“i don't know what you're talking about . Just get back to work .”

She shakes her head and walks off , I sigh in relief and walk to my office . I sit down taking a deep breath .

A knock comes through my door ..

“come in ..” I say .

A delivery guy walks in with a bouque of flowers and I frown lightly .

“hi , who do those come from ?” I ask .
“Mr Chris sent these for you .”

I sighs and roll my eyes .

“i don't need flowers , i can buy myself flowers .”
“he specifically asked me that these flowers reach you . ”

Doesn't he understand ? I don't want flowers from any men apart from ... what ?? what the fuck am I saying ? Shit .

“send those flowers back , respectfully .”
