NARRATED

At some point everyone gets tired ,tired of pretending, loving someone who doesn't love them ,caring and being there for those who aren't there for them .They get tired of the abuse that they endure, the painful words that are being uttered to them and masithole is one of them in this moment.

She tried ,she tried to be there ,to love him with all his imperfections and toxic traits but today ,she is ignoring all that love that she has for her husband . She moisturizes her smooth ,caramel body slowly and delicate. Her husband is watching her back as she is looking at herself on the mirror.

Their eyes lock for a moment until he backs down from the staring contest that they were having . They haven't said anything to each other since that dramatic reveal. She gets into the bed and lie on her back ,fidgeting with her fingers .

"Uyistabane sithole?"

He shoots her a look ,shocked as fuck .like yes he is a part time gay but that's a truth that he never admitted.

"How could you ask me that kind of question while I married you and have kids with you?"

He sighs while getting out of the bed and puts on his sleepers .

He says wanting to leave but she rushes to the door and locks it then takes the key and shove it in her boob's.

"You are not leaving until you answer all my questions. You have disgraced this marriage so many times and today I'm ending all that !"

"I don't care whether you do or not ,okay!?"

He looks away then tuts his teeth .

She chuckles bitterly .

"So that made you molest a kid ?"

He keeps quiet and she shakes her head .

"Why did you even marry me if you were going to disrespect me this much?"

"I don't know honestly "

Her hearts breaks even more ,so he married her for no reason ?

"Have you ever cheated on me with a man?"

He looks at her then shyly look away and that perfectly answers her question.

He keeps quiet. He wasn't ready to be exposed at all and it angers him when his wife speaks to him like he is nothing .

He stares into her eyes with a deadly look .

"My kids are not going anywhere "

She says wanting to pass him but he holds her arm and they stare into each other's souls .

His hand suddenly lands on her cheek and her eyes gleams with tears . She looks into his eyes .

"This is the last time of you hitting me and abusing the community "

"Are you threatening me?"

She smirks.

"I don't do threats myeni wami "

She yanks her arm off his grip then goes to bed . His intestines twist as the words that has been uttered to him ring in his head .The way she stared into his soul says a lot and he knows that his wife don't do threats yet promises.

As I'm chatting with my bestie boo ,my phone rings and it's my boyfriend, yes boyfriend . We started dating a week ago and he has been treating me so good .meanwhile I'm ignoring Lindokuhle, well one of the reasons I agreed to be thando's girlfriend it's because I kinda caught feelings for kuhle and I'm scared to date him .

I answer the call and I hear him breathing .

'Hey ma'

'Hey baby'

He is an coloured by the way and his accent is so good rrrr!

'I miss you'

'I miss you too baby but we are going to see each other soon'

'When is that soon coming?'

'Maybe this upcoming Friday, I will ask my homeboy to bring me to you'

He drops the call and I sigh looking at my phone screen .I honestly feel like I'm playing thando but I have no choice, I want to forget about my stupid feelings and move on. I mean the dude has never confessed his feelings for that much so I have no choice .

Mafungwase wanted us to meet up and I have no idea why .I've been ignoring her these days to avoid getting my feelings crushed .I hate the fact that we can't be together anymore ,I mean she has to remember something even a slightest memory of us .this shit depresses me .

She walks out of the gates and rushes to hug me .I tightly wrap my arms around her and my soul and mind becomes at peace while my heart is jumping with joy .I feel her tears on my neck and I slowly let go of her then look into her .

"Why are you crying? , you know i hate it when you cry chubby cheeks"

I say wiping her tears with my thumb .She softly looks at me .

"I love you so much lush and I really really never want to lose .I might not remember everything but I remember the day we officiated our relationship infront of everyone, i remember how we look at each other ,how we held each other and how we gave the symbols of our love to each other .you have my heart and no else....."

I smash my lips to hers and she wraps her small hands around my neck while my palms are on the sides of her face .we melt during our kiss while my tears fall ,I can taste herself. We pull out then lock eyes with tears gleaming .

"I love you more chubby baby ,you mean alot to me and I honestly no longer care whether you remember the other memories as long as you can feel and remember our love for each other ,that's all matters"

She nods repeatedly and I bring her into my embrace then pecks her forehead while closing my eyes. God if you are witnessing hearing my thoughts and heart right now ,thank you for bringing this angel to me .thank you for bringing us together ,thank you for loving me so much to the point that this perfect angel fell inlove with me .thank you .

I love her and I promise to love and protect her till the end .
