Finally it's a weekend !.yhooo I'm definitely not going to the extra classes ,Ngikhathele plus it's raining which means i can Finally read bent not broken in peace ,I wonder what will happen to zuzile njengoba emithi nje ,eyiii .

After making my bed ,I went to take a bath then I moisturized my body and put on my warm tracksuits. I already cleaned the house and I'm not cooking today ,ugggh what a happy day !.

I cover myself with a blanket then start eating amangwinya with a hot coffee and I'm reading my book as simphiwe burges in my room . As much as he is older than me ,he has to knock and respect my privacy.

"Let's go"

He says getting out and I place my fat cakes aside and run after him .

"Don't ask me alot of questions, just wear your shoes and get in the car "

Ngeke ngisale weeeh ,I run back to my room and put on my Adidas campus .I take my handbag, put on some lip gloss and mascara then I take my fat cakes to the kitchen and put them in the fridge.

I walk out of the house as Aphelele opens the gate and I climb in the car .mom comes out and walks to simphiwe's side ,he rolls down the window.

"Niyaphi simphiwe?"

She says placing her elbows on the half opened window.

"We are going to oceans mall "

"Ohh bye then"

"Bye mah"

I say waving at her and simphiwe starts the engine .Aphelele closes the gate and gets in the car then simphiwe drives away .

MENZI

I'm happy that it's finally a weekend, this week has been nothing but hell and I keep wondering if chubby cheeks is okay because her ankle looked bad that day .
But we are not there ,I decided to wear tracksuits after bathing because it's raining and I need to keep warm .Sabelo wants us to go to oceans mall to watch a movie and I don't know what kind of movie but I'm glad that he will be driving and I get to chow his own money.

Since Sabelo started working ,he never gave me a brother's allowance or something and today I will make sure that I spend his money in the way I want . After all he said there's no budget .

We arrive at the parking lot and he parks the car ,by the way this is our parents car ,lofukwe doesn't have money to buy his own car .yazi i wonder how he is to his girlfriend ngoba ayi uwungoqo shame.

We enter the mall and we go to the movie theater then buy tickets, the movie starts around 12:30 and right now it's 10:56 ,so we have a whole hour to ourselves and the movie that we are going to watch is sinners. I've been wanting to watch that movie yazi.

We enter the magic company and we fill up the playing cards . We start playing the games with our little brother then i hear a similar giggle and I look around then I see her ,she's with her brothers . Our gazes softens as we see each other .

While we are locking eyes ,my little brother runs to her little brother and they do a certain handshake.

"Menzi ,are you okay?"

I finally come back to my senses as sabelo touches my shoulder ,yeah I'm okay but I'm not sure about my heart.

"Yeah I'm okay "

"Bhuti nawe mafungwase, meet sthembiso ,the one that i was telling you about "-Aphelele.

"Ohh hi sthe"

She says with her soft ,warm voice those chubby cheeks rising . My eyes go to her ankle, it looks fine . Her brother fist bumps sthembiso then she hugs him , that hug is warm for sure .

After she hugged him ,they face us and her brother fists bumps us and she waves to us smiling ,especially at me .

"So since our little brothers know each other ,don't you want to join us ?"-sabelo.

Sabelo ,sabelo ,sabelo ,wenzani?. I give him a look and he shrugs.

"Please bhuti "

Aphelele looks at his brother with begging eyes while she is just awkwardly standing there ,is she avoiding my eyes ?. Because i love getting lost into hers .no I'm not catching feelings, they are just cute .

"Fine "-simphiwe.

These two rascals jump with joy and they run to their favorite games ,while the big brothers follow them ,me and her walk behind .she smells heavenly, gosh she looks like a soft brownie marshmallow.

"Hey chubby cheeks "

"Hey lush "

"You look cute "

She giggles.

"Thanks "

I clear my throat .

"So how is your ...uhmm ankle?"

"It's getting better ,thank you for asking "

I nod .

"So we are neighbors ,how weird ?"

I laugh .

"Very weird "

She says smirking and we start playing the games again. While phesheya by Jay Jay and mordecai is playing at the background, me and her are busy playing games together and she is winning each and one of them .she is a chubby competitor indeed.
