Chapter 66 

Dante 

*I'm driving us to Drakes house so that I can change . I don't feel like seeing mom for now .*

Drake : Are you sure about this ? 

Dante : What do you mean? 

Drake : All of it . Are you sure you want to marry her ? What about your mother ? You know you can't say no to her. 

Dante : She doesn't have to know for now. 

Drake : No offense but fuck her , why do you let her rule you like this . 

Dante : I just...I…

*I ignore him and park outside his house.*

Drake : You need to man up. For your kid. 

*He's right, but I just can't right now. He doesn't even know I'm expecting 6 kids.*

Drake : I'll be in the kitchen . When is the horse arriving ? 

Dante : In a few minutes . It'll drive behind us. 

*After a while, I'm done, and  the horse is already here. We're both in the and Drake is driving . We both arrive after an hour. We ring the bell, and Drake is already on top of the horse riding it inside.*

Dante : Could you get down from there.

Drake : Never , I've always wanted to ride a horse . 

*The gate opens, and he rides the horse, leading it inside the yard. My nerves are rocket high . I hate that Alex couldn't come he's having a busy week .*

Mrs Zulu : Wow, that's a huge horse. 

*She says when she sees us approaching and this punk riding on top of it with a huge smile.*

Mrs Zulu : Oh my, did you really get the horse because ubaba said he wanted one? 

Dante : Hey, mam, yes. Is Mr Zulu here ? 

Mrs Zulu : You can call me MaZulu, and yes, please do come in and please leave the horse there. 

*We both nod, and Drake gets down from the horse, and we follow MaZulu inside . Mr Zulu is sitting in the dining room in his casual wear and waiting for us. His straight face is not helping my nerves.  My phone pings, and I take it  to look at the message . As soon as I see a selfie from Jade doing a funny face and sending a heart, I wish me good luck, and she loves me . I smile and send her a sticker before focusing on the mission on hand.*

Dante : Afternoon, sir. 

Drake :  Hey sir. 

*He just nods and stares at us. I take out whisky and some cash put it on the table, and he gives us a side smile .I thought these were only done when negotiating dowries, not this, but hey, good thing we came prepared for anything.*

Mr Zulu : How can I be of your assistance, young man.

Dante : I am here to pay for the damage of impregnating your daughter with not one but 6 babies.  

*His eyes shoot up, and he starts sweating . His wife hurries in and gives him water.*

MaZulu : Calm down, my love, your BP.

*He calms down again and looks at me.*

Mr Zulu : What did you just say.  

Dante : We're expecting 6 babies, and I'm here to pay for them . I already have the horse outside. 

*He smiles at hearing about the horse.  He should that animal costs a lot of money. After a while, we're done with everything and hss excepting 35 cows for the 6 kids, but I'll give him the other horse, too .*

Drake : 6? 

*He's been shocked all the way back . We're almost home, and he's still in shock and can't believe I'm going to Father 6 kids .*

Drake : She's going to push 6 heads ? 

Dante : Stop making this awkward.
