Jade

*Isa budges in with everything she promised, and I'm already smiling from ear to ear. I run straight to the goodies, ignoring her presence .*

Jade : Thank you so much.

*I say, already chewing on the hot wings. Sooooo good.*

Jade : Where'd you get them? Never mind that where's your man?

Isabella : What do you need him for ?

Jade : Oh, I don't need him . He wants to take me somewhere.

Isabella : Mh, anyway, I'm not staying . I just got a call to go fetch Theo from school he's sick . I just came to drop these off . I'll come back and check on you next time. You're still looking ok.

Jade : Thanks video call you later to check on Theo, okay?

*I say, dipping the wing in the yogurt I was eating .*

Isabella : Are you seriously eating that?

Jade : I'm not sharing.

Isabella : Whatever, I'm gone.

*She perks my cheek before shutting the door behind her. I'll buy her a new weave . I turn on the TV inside my kitchen and look for a movie. I'm too lazy to go to the dining room, and anyway, there's close food in here, and I'm always hungry. It must be this stupid universe . Maybe my periods are coming. Drakes call disturbs my peace.*

Drake :Come out, let's go .

*I dry my mouth.*

Jade : Okay , should I bring food? Or you got it figured out ?

Drake : Bring it, that's perfect for me .

*I knew he would agree . Typical Drake. I take my wings and some ice cream he'll get me more yogurt since Ella is taking her precious time.*

Jade : Come open the door for me.

Drake : Fine .

*He opens and closes it, making sure to lock it with my print . We make our way to the car, and he starts driving . I'm too busy eating to ask where we're going anyway. I shared 2 wings in case anyone is wondering. I obviously ate the rest. There were about 19 left .*

Jade : Can we pass by any meat place? I feel like eating spicy chicken .

Drake : You just ate.

*I give him a stern look, feeling the anger brewing inside of me .*

Jade : I gave you half my entire food.

Drake : It was 2 wings .

Jade : That's what you could've given me back. Now I'm hungry becoz I gave you my food, and you're refusing to get me more? turn this car back and get me home where I'll ear in peace.

*I say, already feeling my cheeks getting wet. This food lover . I look out the window and cry, thinking about all that grease covered in yogurt with an ice cream dipped on top . I wail louder, imagining it being swallowed by Drake.*

Drake : I'm sorry, I'll buy it. Just please stop crying .

Jade : Bu...b..b..b..buy...it now.

Drake : It's already getting ready to be delivered .

Jade : Get me vanilla ice cream and yorgut filled with fruits, mostly with peaches and berries, though .

Drake : Anything you want.

*He says, faking a smile as I wipe my tears and finally look back at the road. He enters the hospital.*

Jade : Why are we here ?

Drake : Dante wants to see you .

*I instantly start feeling light headed.*

Jade : Wh..what?

Drake : Come, I'll take you .

*I slowly follow behind him with my heart beating against my chest . Who the fuck am I kidding he fooled me . He deserved it. I say more like trying to convince myself while my entire body is betraying me . I'm shaking.*

Drake : In here.

*He enters, and there he is, lying on his back with his eyes closed. He still looks good, even in his deathbed . Well, it isn't a death bed, but hey, anyone in a hospital is on his death bed to me.*

Drake : Here she is.

*His eyes shoot up open, and they're dark now . It's not the normal brown but black now. Does he have lenses? I'll ask that later . He's looking at me like he can read my soul. I am trying so hard not to look intimidated by him .*

Dante : Close the door.

*His voice is not normal. it's a bit hoarse and a little deeper than normal . When did Drake leave? I close it*

Dante : Lock it

*Fuck , I lock it.*

Dante : Come closer.

*Why the hell am I doing what he says ?*
