Chapter 40

Jade

*I just got up and got dressed . I'm going for a jog walk or whatever they call those things you do when you're wearing a jogging attire, but you won't be jogging but walking . I have never done this before. I have all the equipment I'll need all ready for me. I grab my water bottle and start my walk. After a few minutes, I'm already tired.*

Jade : Nxn, I knew these TV people were liars . I mean who infact how the hell can someone walk in this temperature for an entire hour.

*I turn my head to see how far I've gone.*

Jade : fuck , I can still see my house . Yeah something are just not in my league. What was even thinking.

*I turn my huge ass and go back to my house . Because ,why the hell would anyone actually enjoy such torture? My feet are already burning, and I have already finished my water . I'm even sweating a little . Now I have to shower all over again. I'm joining a gym instead or maybe yoga. I just want anything that'll help me with this weight that I'll be gaining because of this pregnancy .*

Jade : I still have to tell mom and dad.

*How the hell will I even attempt to address such to mom and dad . They'll be happy that they'll have grand babies, but I'm worried that I'm alone again . I must have a bad cloud or something . Let me go and cleanse myself in the shower and get rid of them . I rush up the stairs when my phone starts ringing. It's Isa.*

Isa : Open up. I'm coming.

Jade : Why are you coming ?

Isa : I'm with Ella .

Jade : nnxm it's open . Bring me something on your way here . Tell Ella she must get me more ice cream, specifically vanilla flavored. You get me cake , with vanilla cream some custards. Wings 20 of them they must be spicy and chicken. I really hadn't had chicken in a while .

Isabella : Why the hell do you want so much food ?

Jade : Can't you just get me the food .

Isabella : Fine, I will geez.

*Nxn I drop the call . What is with people today ? Is it a sin to he hungry and craving stuff? For fucks sake it's normal . Omg i rush back down and take a tub of ice cream put it in a bowl . I'm no longer cleaning myself I'm getting in the bath now. I prepared my bath while eating and got in.*

Ella : I'm here !!!

Jade : This side!

*She gets in all smiles. My bowl is all empty now. I'm bored in this bathtub but lazy to get up.*

Ella : Why were you eating here?

Jade : I was hungry. Where's my ice cream ?

*I say, drying myself up and motioning my body. She hasn't replied , she probably didn't hear me . I put on my track pants and a black hoodie. My glasses and socks with some slides that lift my height a little. I look so nerdy and warm. I snap a few pictures and post em on IG.*

Ella : Finally .

Jade: Where's my ice cream?

Ella : What ice cream?

*Some people just like to test my patience. I breathe in and out, still staring at her, looking comfortable in my bed.*

Jade : I'm sure Isa told you to come here with my ice cream . Where is it ?

Ella : Oh, that , I only viewed when I was parked outside

Jade : Go and buy it.

Ella : What?

*I slowly and calmly grabbed her arm and forced her downstairs.*

Jade : Now go and buy my ice cream and a burger on top for not listening to me while I begged .

*She just looks at me and cracks out in laughter. Doesn't she get it . I'm hungry, and she's laughing.*

Ella : Wait ? Are you crying ?

*I start sobbing so hard . It hurts. Why can't anyone do one thing for me . I asked nicely, and this is what I get.*

Ella : Fine, fine. I'll get anything you want . Just stop crying .

*She says, rushing to get her keys and coming back to kiss my chick before dashing out again . A message pings on my phone, and I open it.*

Jade : Oh, it's Drake.

*message*

Drake : "I'm coming to fetch you get ready, artist ."

*Seriously, what's with everyone wanting to see me today ? I wonder where he's taking me . I don't feel like changing, though . I give him a thumps up and go back to the kitchen for some of yogurt and ice cream*
