Me : what’s your sister’s favorite resturant apart from coffee ?

Mizi : she only loves that one

Me : okay

Mizi : why ?

Me : your father wants me to take her out for whatever

Mizi : oh ?

Me : yeah wanna tag along ?

Mizi : when ?

Me : tommorow

Mizi : i will see if i don’t have plans

I nod parking my car next to the garage ‚ i kill the engine Mizi steps out i take my phone and call Hlumelo

Me : i dropped them home

Hlumelo : you can stay if you want

Me : i don't think Swazi will be comfortable

Hlumelo : who is going to protect them if you are not there Sizwe ?

Me : talk to your wife first

I hung up & lean back on my seat ‚ i close my eyes taking a deep breathe i’m so tired my phone rings it’s my daughter oh my babies i miss them so much

Me : hey hey

Zethu : hey dad ‚ are you coming back home ?

Me : i will tell you in a few minutes ‚ where is simmy ?

Zethu : in the pool

Me : it’s late Zethu get her out of there

Zethu : she doesn't want to listen to me

Me : i wanna talk to her

She goes up stairs ‚ i sigh a window knock disturbs me i slide my window down to be met by Belihle

Me : is everything okay ?

Belihle : yes uhm ‚ mom says you can sleep over

Me : okay i will be there in a few

Belihle : okay

I smile at her she returns it before walking away ‚ she has grown up i last saw her when she was in grade 5 ‚ back to my call

Zethu : who was that making you smile so much ?

I frown

Me : where is simmy ?

Zethu : hahhhh Dad uyajola ?

Zethu : who is she ? How old is she ?

Me : bye

I hung up ‚ Zethu will annoy me so late i'm exhausted i close my window and step out of the car ‚ i lock the door and walk inside the house

Swazi : ndive uHlumelo ethi ubufun ukhamba ? ( I heard hlumelo saying you wanted to leave )

Me : bengazi ukuthi ngeke ubenendaba ( I didn't know you won't have a problem )

Swazi : hayi akuna nxaki bhuti ( no there is no problem )

Me : okay i will be in my room if you need anything

She nods ‚ i walk up to my room i get inside and shut the door . I place my things on the bed & take off my blazer

Swazi : Sizwe dinner is ready

Me : i'll be down

I take off my shirt and wear my other one ‚ i take off my tuxedo pants and secret socks i wear my trackpant and slides then i walk downstairs i'm not hungry ‚ i know Swazi will bug me and i don’t want her to

Swazi : didn't think you’d make it

Me : why ?

Swazi : you always do that

Me : what ?

I ask as i am pulling a chair for myself & seating down

Swazi : you want me to bug you before you come down

Me : i'm here to avoid that

Mizi : plus mom is annoying

Me : where is Belihle ?

Mizi : surely hovering her bed

I chuckle ‚ she dishes up for us

Me : she has to come eat though when last did she eat ?

Mom : i’m lazy to go up there Mizi go call your sister

Mizi : hayi mama ndilambile mna

Me : i’ll go

I walk up the stairs and knock in her room

Me : Belihle

Belihle : Malume ?

Me : dinner is ready

Belihle : ohh i’ll be down
